Based in South East NSW, the company has successfully completed a vast array of civil projects, including significant bridges, underground services, complex infrastructure projects and residential subdivisions in and around the region.

 

Prudent financial management, steady growth and the reinvestment of profits in the company’s people and equipment has allowed the company to operate without debt and to invest in modern technology, which has added to their capacity to produce consistently high quality work.

 

The company has very strong engineering, survey and foremen employees. This depth of experience and knowledge is exceptional within the civil construction industry and provides an excellent platform underpinning their confidence to pursue a wide variety of projects.

 

They have graders, excavators and scrapers fully controlled by GPS and many ‘rovers’ for use by foreman and others for accurate set-out. The marked improvement in consistent accuracy and overall quality comes at the cost of a multi-million dollar investment, but results in superior construction outcomes for their clients.

 

The company holds an Austroads National Prequalification Certificate for road and bridge construction at the R4, B3 and F100 levels. 

 

As at Sept 2017, the company has $35 million of forward orders.

 

The sales price comprises of only $2.5 mill Goodwill + $4.2 Plant & Equipment + $2.3 mill Working Capital
